A forward-thinking, multi-disciplinary consultancy are looking for a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team in Leeds.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, care homes, mixed-use developments, housing, and commercial schemes, with values ranging from £250k to £200m.

This is a unique opportunity to collaborate with a prestigious client base, delivering high-profile projects across the South West.

The Quantity Surveyor will receive structured APC support, including guidance from in-house APC assessors, ensuring a clear pathway towards achieving MRICS status.

In addition to providing both pre and post contract cost management services, this role also offers the chance to act as an Employer's Agent, making it an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded professional seeking variety and career progression.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
• Previous consultancy experience
• Both pre & post contract experience
• Employers' Agent experience is beneficial but not essential
