Quantity Surveyor - HP4 Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

My client requires a Quantity Surveyor who has worked in the M&E sector to join their business working on a long term contract basis.

Paying £400 - 450 a shift + Working a mix from home & the clients offices in London + Outside IR35 + Weekly payments.

This role will suit someone who has worked on the ECI stages which will involve design and pricing.

Overview/Responsibilities:

• Reporting into a Senior Quantity Surveyor • Producing a bill or quantities• Measurement and takeoff• Working on NEC3 or JCT style contracts• Identify any variations/risks to contracted works

This position would suit anyone who has worked on M&E projects and someone who is looking for a very long term role offering stability.

Salary ranges from £400 - 450 a shift based on experience with weekly payments - OUTSIDE IR35.
