• Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and financial planning across a diverse range of projects
• Provide expert advice on contractual claims, procurement strategies, and cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure seamless project execution while maintaining cost control.
• Lead tendering processes, supplier negotiations, and contract administration
• Prepare accurate cost reports, valuations, and final accounts to ensure financial transparency and efficiency.
