Are you a Quantity Surveyor within the Mechanical and Electrical sectors? Do you want to be challenged with working on multiple projects simultaneously with values up to £5 million?We are recruiting an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveyor to take the lead on projects, guiding them from procurement through to completion while ensuring exceptional quality and cost efficiency. Working for a Mechanical and Electrical Service company who have been established in the area now for over 50 years with circa 140 employees based across various office departments and on-site. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will develop accurate cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation to ensure the success of each project. You’ll take charge of managing contracts, valuations, and final accounts, maintaining smooth financial operations throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you’ll offer expert cost advice while building and nurturing strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to guarantee satisfaction and project success. What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying.
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts (NEC experience is a bonus!).
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
