Quarry Assistant - Irlam Associates : Job Details

This is a very exciting and progressive opportunity for a QuarryAssistant looking to progress within a leading Commercial Explosive Manufacturer in the UK. This is an onsite role based out various queries within Glasgow, Scotland.  The client is a market leader whose service provision spans multiple channels and applications. • Working alongside specialist HGV Drivers on quarries assisting with handling equipment for the Shotfiring Operation.
• Assist with safe and efficient operation and maintenance of the vehicle.
• Ensure all Health and Safety process’ and procedures are followed.
• Prepare areas of work for the onsite operative team on the quarry.

The QuarryAssistantwill need to have: 

• Driving License
• Willing to work outdoors in all different weather conditions.
