Entry-Level R&D Consultant (STEM Background)

Location: Central London - 4 days a week in the office.Salary: £32,000 - £38,000, depending on experience.Contract: Permanent, full-time

I'm recruiting for an R&D Consultant to join an established Business Tax Team at a leading organisation that partners with innovative companies-from high-tech startups to multinational enterprises.

This is an entry-level role (1-3 years of experience), offering a clear pathway for career growth and a chance to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, including those in the tech, pharmaceutical, and architectural sectors.

• Actively contribute ideas to improve processes and templates.

• A 2:1 degree (or higher) in a STEM subject.
• A strong academic track record: at least 120 UCAS points (or equivalent).
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.
• Experience in writing reports or presenting technical subjects.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Interest in technology trends and innovation.
