Rapid Response Complex Care WorkerOur client provides high-quality, reliable care through their skilled, nurse-supervised healthcare staff. We are assisting them with their search for compassionate individuals with the right qualities to join the Complex Care team!The Role: Their growing Care and Complex Nursing Team, supporting individuals with a variety of complex needs across the North-West. Flexibility is key, as you may need to travel to different locations depending on client needs.What They Need From You:* Be caring, empathetic, compassionate, and respectful.* A willingness to learn and develop your skills.* Flexibility in an ever-changing role.* A UK driving license and access to your own vehicle for work.* Willingness to travel within the North West-Barrow-in-Furness, Kendal, South Lakes, and Blackpool are our main areas.* Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check.* Must be 18 years or older.* Some experience preferred, but nurse-led training provided.* Flexibility to work days or nights.
