Rate Sales Execution specialist - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

We are currently working with a global financial institution to recruit a rates execution specialist on a day rate contract to support the combined Sales organization for Corporates and institutional clients in rates. The role reports to the Rates CAO and will be responsible for the overall administrative activities of the business in Europe and will help the broader rates sales business execution team with the global initiatives to support the business in its strategy & business development, as well as to maintain a robust 1st Line of defense control environment and culture to minimize operational risk within the business. To be considered for this role you will be required to have the following skills/experience:

• A proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders across Markets, Compliance, Finance, HR, O&T and Risk
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong documentation collation, presentation, and storage experience
• An expert knowledge of markets and financial concepts
• Experience within a risk and control environment
• Experience with internal audits in a complex financial environment.

This role will be hybrid with 3 days working from the office in Belfast.
