Job Title: Reablement Enabler

Location: Islington

Hours Per Week: 30 Hours

Rate of Pay: £20 P/H (Umbrella)

Islington Council are currently searching for a Reablement Enable to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Deliver personal care and support based on personalized support/Reablement plans, including personal care, domestic tasks, and exercise programs.
• Focus on enablement and promoting independence to help individuals achieve rehabilitation or recovery outcomes.
• Work closely with health and social care professionals involved in care planning and delivery.
• Provide care and support in an enabling way to promote individuals' independence and well-being.

The Candidate Will Have:

• Level 2 NVQ or QCF Level 3
• Experience of working for Adult Social Care or an equivalent agency providing domiciliary personal care
