Yolk Recruitment is delighted to support this exciting campaign for a Real Estate Associate to join a prestigious law firm's Real Estate team. This is what you'll be doing

As an Associate in the Real Estate team, you will be responsible for the following day to day duties:-

• Provide succinct, practical, and persuasive legal advice to clients.
• Manage a substantial and varied workload efficiently and cost-effectively with appropriate supervision.
• Draft routine development documents using appropriate precedents and prepare initial drafts of more complex development documents.
• Build strong rapport with clients, identifying and following through on opportunities.
• Attend and assist in organizing and hosting client marketing events.

The experience you will bring to the team

You will bring the following experience to the Real Estate team:-

• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales, with 2-6 years PQE.
• Proven experience in development matters and contracts, including options and conditional contracts.
• Demonstrable knowledge or willingness to develop knowledge in promotion agreements, overage arrangements, and hybrid promotion agreements.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple files simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of clients.
