ROLE 

  • Advise on innovative real estate transactions supporting renewable energy projects like solar farms, wind energy developments and energy storage facilities. 
  • Manage the acquisition, leasing and development of sites integral to cutting-edge energy infrastructure. 
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across planning, environmental and corporate law to deliver seamless advice. 
  • Build relationships with industry leaders including developers, investors and energy companies driving the energy transition. 
  • Tackle complex legal issues in a fast-moving and innovative sector. 
  • Contribute to projects that align with global sustainability goals. 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Recently qualified status (NQ) or several years’ post-qualification experience (PQE). 
  • A solid foundation in real estate law, with an eagerness to specialise in the energy sector. 
  • Experience with energy or infrastructure projects (advantageous but not essential). 
  • A passion for renewable energy and sustainability. 
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills. 
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
