The ideal candidate will have a background in complex real estate finance transactions, possess an eye for detail, and excel in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate finance documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and intercreditor agreements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Qualified lawyer with 1-5 years' PQE in real estate finance, ideally from a top-tier law firm.
• Strong knowledge of financing structures, banking, and real estate law.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
• Proactive, client-oriented approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
