Real Estate Finance Solicitor – Top 80 Law Firm

I am working with a global Top 80 law firm as it expands its Real Estate Finance team. The team are recognised in the Legal 500 for its work and is a key player in the industry.

The Role

• You will be managing a caseload independently with minimal supervision, working closely with the partner of the firm
• You will manage a varied portfolio of property finance cases to include acquisition, investment and development finance, ensuring end to end case management
• You will be maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing lenders and professionals

About you

• You should be a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• You will have a strong background in commercial real estate
• You will have regularly acted for specialist funders on all aspects of secured loan originations
• You should be skilled in client interactions
