Real Estate Fund Accountant - Bear Consulting (UK) Ltd : Job Details

• Are you fully-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)?

• Ability to contribute in a variety of tasks from preparing quarterly NAV reports, providing support to Fund Managers, improving processes, etc?

Real Estate Fund Accountant

A global Investment Management firm is expanding it Real Estate Fund Team due to an increase in client activity. Our client, based in London with hybrid working, is after a person who has a background in Real Estate Fund Accounting.

Real Estate Fund Accountant

Assist with the supervision and mentoring of an Assistant Fund Accountant.

• Prepare quarterly NAV reports for a variety of real estate entities.
• Provide finance and business support to the Fund Managers including setting up bank accounts, registering for VAT, tax, CIS etc.
• Assist with preparing the first NAV that follows a debt refinancing.
• Oversight of general ledgers for various funds and entities.
• Assist with the annual audit process.
• Assist with the broader fund structure, including onboarding of new entities.
• Assist with a wide variety of investor and business reporting (including AUM).
• Review cashflows and drawdowns.
