On behalf of my client, a leading Leeds firm, I am recruiting a 1 to 4 year PQE Solicitor to join their Real Estate division in Leeds. This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the firm’s largest departments, offering exposure to top-tier work that distinguishes them in the market.The role involves working on a diverse range of commercial real estate transactions, including:

• Landlord and tenant matters (leasing and lease management)
• Investment acquisitions and sales
• Commercial development projects
• Housebuilder development work

Additionally, the successful candidate will assist senior team members in managing, progressing, and completing real estate transactions for a variety of clients, including local entrepreneurs and international blue-chip investors.The position offers the chance to work on some of the largest real estate deals in the market, with high-profile clients, providing a platform to showcase legal expertise and make a significant impact in the industry.Key requirements:
