Real Estate Energy Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter

What will you do? 

• Your caseload will be broad and cover onshore wind, solar, EV, battery, AD, hydro and other renewable technologies 
• Advise on options and leases, easements and grid connection agreements, power purchase agreements
• Act for funders, landowners and developers across the full range of renewable energy technologies 
• Liaise with other departments - including construction, corporate & planning to provide an all-encompassing seamless client experience  

 What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• Previous Real Estate Energy experience 
• Ideally at least 3 years' PQE 
• The ability to hit the ground running, although you will be fully supported with this 
• A genuine interest in & curiosity for energy law
