Real Estate Senior Solicitor (2-4 years')

A leading real estate practice in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE. The successful candidate will work on high-profile transactions, advising clients in the retail, leisure, hotel, and private equity sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate land contracts, including leases, development agreements, and purchase/sale contracts
• Provide commercial property advice with a focus on practical outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including corporate, tax, and construction
• Engage in business development and networking within the industry

Requirements:

• Strong interest in the property industry with a proactive approach
• Excellent attention to detail and commercial acumen
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and effective communication skills
