POSITION: Real Estate Solicitor (2+ PQE)

ROLE 

• Advise a range of clients including investors, developers and corporate occupiers, on diverse and complex real estate matters. 
• Handle a broad caseload encompassing acquisitions, disposals, leases and development agreements. 
• Support clients on strategic land transactions and regeneration projects. 
• Work closely with other teams, such as Planning, Construction and Corporate, to provide a seamless service. 
• Take an active role in business development and client relationship management. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• A minimum of 2 years PQE with a solid background in Real Estate law. 
• Proven experience in handling complex property transactions. 
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills. 
• A proactive and solution-driven approach to legal challenges. 
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
