Receptionist required to cover annual leave Mon 22nd July 2024 - Mon 29th July 2024 working 8.30am to 5pm with 30 minute lunch.

Duties

• Answer telephone and direct calls
• Take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers
• Deal with queries from the public and customers
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Receive and sort mail and deliveries
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures.

Applicants will ideally have reception / administration or customer facing experience and must be available to cover all dates above.
