• Welcoming customers to the showroom
• Answering and directing calls to the relevant department
• Providing an excellent customer service at all times
• Liaising with internal departments
• General administration duties

We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar reception or other phone based or customer facing role
• Previous car dealership experience would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Great telephone manner
• Friendly and approachable
• Smart presentation
