Are you a personable and professional individual with a passion for outstanding service? Our client is looking for a dedicated Reception Admin to be the first point of contact for their business. If you have 3-5 years of experience in a Front of House role and are eager to represent core values while being a brand ambassador, this opportunity is for you!

Position: Reception Admin

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £27,500 - £33,000 per annum

Working Pattern: Full Time

Driving Required: No

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet & Greet: Welcome customers and visitors at all levels of seniority with a warm smile and professional demeanour. ??
  • Switchboard Management: Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries efficiently and courteously.
  • Email & Post Handling: Manage all incoming emails and post, distributing or directing them appropriately. Use DHL Express for outgoing post.
  • Courier Coordination: Organise and manage couriers, as well as receive incoming deliveries.
  • Meeting Room Management: Book meeting rooms and ensure they are pristine, maintaining high cleanliness standards. ??
  • Administrative Support: Collaborate closely with the senior management team, providing one-to-one support, conducting research, and presenting findings promptly.
  • Document Production: Create documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Visa Booking: Handle the booking of international visas.
  • Ad Hoc Administration: Provide general support such as collating expenses, ordering stationery, and maintaining office systems. ??
  • Event Support: Assist the Office Manager and design team with event organisation and best-selling strategies.
