My client is a highly successful and growing consultancy . They are now looking for someone to join their office support team.
This role is based at their London office, based in the City of London.
This is an incredibly varied role with a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities spanning across reception, diary management, travel and adhoc projects.
The role will involve:
Reception duties - meeting and greeting visitors
Handling incoming customer queries via the telephone
Adhoc administrative/office duties as they arise
Day-to-day EA/PA duties for two c-suite directors
Extensive diary management
Organising travel
Managing adhoc projects - as required
Invoicing/expenses
Ordering stationery and office supplies
Managing the meeting room booking system
