The ideal candidate:

• Will ideally have experience as a reception teacher or early years teacher

• If ECT, will be a confident, reliable ECT, excited to embark on their teaching career

• Must have QTS

• Will be friendly and enjoy the collaborative nature of teaching

• Will believe in a holistic approach to education
