Receptionist-9 month ASAP Start

Office based 9am-6pm

An international shipping and logistics firm require a Receptionist to join their small but friendly London office to provide exceptional front of house support. This role is to start ASAP and temp initially for a 4 weeks period prior to going to contract.

The role:

• Front point of contact for all visitors and guests
• Answering and transferring calls
• Organising lunches and breakfast for meetings occasionally
• Organising refreshments for guests on arrival
• Calendar and diary management
• Franking post and distributing post on a daily basis
• Arranging courier and taxis
• Managing office stationery and kitchen supplies
• Assistant senior team members with adhoc duties

The ideal candidate:

• Available immediately due to this role being an ASAP start
• Excellent client facing and communications skills
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable
• Excellent organisation skills
• Can do attitude and willing to learn new skills
• Enjoy working independently or within a team
