This popular employer is seeking an experienced Receptionist / Administrator to act as the first point of contact for all guests as well as providing administration back up including some project work, events organisation and managing meetings.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous Front of House / Reception / Administration experience
- Warm, approachable personality
- Strong focus on delivering a professional customer experience
- Proficient MS Office skills and comfortable working with AV equipment and door entry systems
- Good organisational and prioritising skills
- Comfortable liaising with all types of people
- Ability to work proactively and autonomously
- High attention to detail
- Happy to work in an office environment (Mon to Fri)
Receptionist / Administration Assistant responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors and staff
- Handling all front of house queries professionally and efficiently
- Managing meeting rooms
- Arranging AV equipment and refreshments
- Ensuring reception area is clean and tidy
- Assisting with and reporting IT, facilities or building issues
- Running monthly usage reports
- Undertaking Health & Safety inductions
- Arranging travel, researching and booking hotels as required
- Providing administrative and project support on an ad hoc basis
