Receptionist/AdministratorPermanent Role Paying £25,000 - £30,000Based in Sevenoaks We are currently looking to recruit a receptionist/Administrator to join our team.You shall ensure that visitors and clients are offered a professional welcome, delivering the highest levels of first-class customer service. You will manage and coordinate all administration and operation procedures related to the day-to-day management of the reception area.Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:* To manage the reception area to maintain a clean and tidy work area at all times.* To work closely with operations for the effective delivery of services from reception.* Formulate, manage, and communicate any changes in reception procedures.* To answer the telephone in a welcoming and professional manner, transferring phone calls to the relevant team members quickly and efficiently.* To check and respond to emails promptly.* To manage your daily diary effectively and to carry out such tasks as are allocated to you.* To meet and greet clients in a welcoming manner and be 'the face' of Thomas Legal providing an efficient and professional service.* To manage the meeting rooms including diary management as well as ensuring the meeting rooms are tidy and fit for purpose.
