Temporary Receptionist - DBS!

£14 - £15 per hour

Full time - Temporary

City of London - Fully Office Based

8:30am - 5:30pm

Duties:

• Provide a warm welcome to all visitors and staff to the office.
• Manage the reception desk by answering telephone calls & keeping the office space tidy.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks as delegated accordingly.
• Ordering lunches for staff and ensuring the tea and coffee station is fully stocked.
• Manage the meeting room booking system.

Is this you? (requirements)

• MUST have a valid DBS
• Excellent organisation skills are essential
• Warm and friendly personality
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Systems proficiently
