Receptionist / Front of House

Location: London Bridge

Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Politely greet and assist visitors
• Coordinate with property and facilities management team
• Answer telephone calls and respond to emails
• Provide access for property viewings
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception and communal areas
• Manage supplies and stationery for the reception
• Post and parcel collection and deal with large deliveries
• Distribute information to tenants about property matters
• Assist with other duties as requested

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a similar role in a similar industry is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and with a positive attitude
