Receptionist
Job Type: Full-time. 6 month contract (potential to be extended)
Location: Redbridge
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (DOE)
We are seeking an Office Assistant to join an established accountancy firm for a six month fixed term contract. The role involves a variety of tasks including admin, onboarding, and company secretarial work.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage reception duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and preparing refreshments.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including franking and arranging couriers.
- Maintain and update client contact databases and send out payment reminders.
- Manage diary entries, book meetings, meeting rooms, and arrange directors’ travel.
- Generate reports from the database and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order office supplies and refreshments, and maintain office equipment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in reception/administration.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills and friendly demeanor.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
