REED Business Support is supporting an established organisation with the recruitment of a Receptionist / Administrator on a Ten Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- First point of contact for internal and external customers ensuring all Health and Safety guidelines are adhered to
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and set up meeting rooms when required
- Support the Senior Leadership Team and wider business with general admin tasks - making travel and accommodation arrangements, expenses etc
- Responsible for ordering office supplies
- Liaise with 3rd party contractors to ensure the building is maintained, arranging repairs etc as and when required
- Day to day admin duties - scanning, filing, sorting incoming and outgoing post
- Raise and process Purchase Orders
- Any ad hoc tasks as required by the wider business

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm - fully office based
SALARY: Circa £25,000 per year
This role is an urgent requirement meaning that you will ideally be immediately available or have little to no notice. My client is looking to have someone in post for w/c 4th November 2024 at the latest.
