Private Care at Guys, London Bridge

Full time, 37.5 hours/week. Monday – Friday, 0700-1500/ 1230-2030 with weekends on rotation

£25,642.50 per annum +Benefits (pension, health cover, flexible benefits and excellent career development)

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist to join our Front of House Team at our London Bridge Hospital. As part of the team working at the various hospital reception areas, you will be responsible for delivering a service that creates the first and last impressions of every guest or patient who visits the hospital.

What you’ll do:

  • Meeting and greeting all patients and visitors upon their arrival at the hospital
  • Provide a pleasant and efficient telephone service for patients, doctors, visitors, staff and any other callers, directing calls to the correct department as required
  • Co-ordinate all deliveries and couriers to the hospital
  • Ensure all required log books are kept completed and up to date
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as required by the Supervisor or Head Receptionist

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience within a similar, customer/client centric Reception role
  • Experience within the healthcare industry or a large corporate business would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
