Role and Responsibilities :

• Receptionist experienceNHS experienceCustomer service experienceOffice Admin experience

• PAS, Patient centre and PRISM ( or will need PRISM access/ training)

• To cover the reception in Cardiorespiratory Department and deal with quires for the sleep patients on CPAP treatment (this involves taking a message and passing on to the appropriate person). Also post out some CPAP masks/consumables to patients that have requested replacements.

• Will be required to attend patients on PRISM -and look on the Airview system- Training will be given on these systems.
