We are seeking an outstanding Receptionist to join a prestigious corporate firm in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished professional who thrives on delivering five-star customer service in a high-profile, fast-paced environment. As the firm’s Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact, creating a positive and memorable experience for all clients and visitors. The role involves managing meeting room bookings, coordinating with hospitality teams for events, and providing diary support. We welcome applicants with Front of House experience in corporate settings, luxury hospitality, or as former cabin crew.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the firm’s Ambassador, managing the switchboard and handling calls with the utmost professionalism.
  • Screening and redirecting telephone inquiries with clarity and efficiency.
  • Greeting clients, visitors, and staff with a warm, polished approach.
  • Managing meeting room bookings, ensuring seamless scheduling through specialised software.
  • Collaborating with the hospitality team to arrange catering for meetings and corporate events.
  • Ensuring meeting rooms are impeccably presented and equipped for use at all times.
  • Assisting with diary management and conference call arrangements.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, replenishing as needed.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and organising post and couriers.
  • Supporting PAs and Directors with a range of administrative tasks.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements for staff and VIP guests.
  • Taking on additional ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Front of House or Receptionist role within a corporate or luxury environment, or as Cabin Crew.
  • Excellent communication and administrative abilities.
  • Confidence in engaging with high-profile clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, demanding setting.
  • A professional telephone manner, immaculate presentation, and a courteous demeanour.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
