Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Stockport

Remuneration: £12.50ph

Contract Details: Temporary position with the potential to go permanent.

Are you a highly organised and friendly individual looking for an exciting opportunity to be the face of a reputable company? We are currently seeking a motivated Receptionist to join our client's dynamic team at their office in Stockport.

Responsibilities:

• Provide reception cover when required, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
• Support the team by typing reports, proposals, and general correspondence.
• Efficiently manage the diary, ensuring all meetings are organised and coordinated, and arrange catering if necessary.
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking train tickets and accommodations.
• Collaborate with training partners to schedule courses, seminars, and webinars.
• Take ownership of monitoring and maintaining client property.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Word and PowerPoint, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and document management is desirable.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
