Receptionist in London prestigious Private Equity Firm needed - as their welcoming Front of House Ambassador! We’re seeking a polished and professional Receptionist who thrives in a high-end, fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll represent the firm with a 5-star standard, offering seamless reception service and providing crucial support to the team. Key Responsibilities:

• Reception Duties: Manage the switchboard, warmly greet clients and visitors, and ensure a high standard of hospitality.
• Meeting Room Coordination: Oversee meeting room bookings, setup, and manage conference call arrangements using meeting room software.
• Client & Event Support: Coordinate with catering for meetings, ensure room readiness, and organize lunches and refreshments for guests.
• Administrative Excellence: Handle calls, messages, and general office tasks, including monitoring office supplies and ordering as needed.
• Team Support: Assist PAs and Directors with tasks, travel, and accommodation bookings, and provide ad hoc support as required.

Requirements:

• Experience in a front-of-house role, ideally in a corporate setting, luxury hospitality, or as cabin crew.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with a polished telephone manner.
• Ability to interact confidently at all levels, displaying professionalism and attention to detail.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
