Receptionist vacancy at a prestigious London Hedge Fund in the heart of the City is seeking a polished Receptionist to serve as their welcoming Front of House Ambassador. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who excels in high-end, fast-paced environments. As the first point of contact, you'll uphold a 5-star service standard while providing seamless reception support and assisting the wider team. • Reception & Client Liaison: Manage the switchboard, warmly greet clients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional level of hospitality.
• Meeting Room & Event Coordination: Handle meeting room bookings, setups, and conference call arrangements using meeting room booking software.
• Client & Event Support: Liaise with catering services for meetings, ensure room readiness, and organize refreshments and lunches for guests.
• Administrative Excellence: Manage calls, messages, general office tasks, and monitor office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Team Support: Assist PAs and Directors with travel bookings, accommodation, and various ad hoc tasks.

• Proven experience in a front-of-house role, ideally in a corporate environment, luxury hospitality, or as ex-cabin crew.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a professional and polished telephone manner.
• Confident in interacting at all levels, displaying impeccable attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, with proficiency in MS Office.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience, with additional benefits.
