Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and process payments.
  • Manage post, meeting room diaries, and visitor hospitality.
  • Maintain office supplies and recycling processes.
  • Prepare and send client communications.
