Axi Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a reputable and well established company based in Hull. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and pro-active Receptionist to join on a full-time, permanent basis.
As a Receptionist you will be responsible for general administration duties, being the first point of contact for all employees and visitors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls and messages and direct to the relevant person.
- Offer general administrative support to the team.
- Handle all travel and accommodation bookings.
- Meet & greet with visitors.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, proofreading, photocopying, scanning, and electronic filing.
- Organise hospitality and meetings for both internal and external meetings.
- Conduct daily office checks and manage inventory, ordering supplies.
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
- Working across multiple sites as needed, both are sites based locally in Hull.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License
- Previous experience of working in a Reception/ Administration/ Customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Approachable and friendly approach with a positive and professional manner
- IT Literate on Microsoft office packages
- Able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
