Job Title: Receptionist/ Showroom Host
Location: Heathrow
£12.50 per hour, Monday to Friday
Job Purpose: To be the welcoming face for all visitors upon arrival, handling all customers arriving on site and incoming telephone enquiries. Maintain showroom and customer waiting areas to a high standard and be a vital member of both the sales and after sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all customers in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Answer incoming telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist the sales and after sales teams by offering excellent customer service.
- Ensure all messages are passed and received when calls are not connected.
- Offer beverages and ensure waiting customers feel welcome and looked after.
- Clean and maintain the customer waiting area.
- Assist with sales administration including scanning, recording sales, and keeping logs.
- Help administer company vehicles, fuel receipts, and postal communications.
- Monitor and order supplies for the customer area.
- Make follow-up calls to both sales and after sales customers to ensure 5-star customer reviews.

- Exceptional communication skills.
- Good standard IT skills, especially Excel Spreadsheet.
- Previous experience is desired but not essential; attitude is more important.
