Receptionist/Administrator

We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Receptionist/Administrator to support our client based in the Wimbledon area. This temporary position is ideal for someone with previous receptionist experience who can handle a variety of administrative tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a warm welcome and professional service.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
- Perform scanning, photocopying, and data entry tasks to support office operations.
- Maintain stock levels of office supplies and equipment.
- Operate the switchboard, directing calls as appropriate and managing queries.
- Assist with boxing up documents and other preparations for the office move.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a receptionist role is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office software for data entry and document management.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
