Receptionist

Hours of work: Monday-Friday - 8am to 5:30pm (includes a paid lunch break)

Start date: 12th February 2025

Dress code: Professional / Smart Wear

Main responsibilities:

• To be the first point of contact in meeting and greeting all visitors and customers to the company
• Administer the switchboard accordingly
• Answer a high volume of calls on a daily basis
• General administrative duties and maintenance
• Any other delegated duties relevant to the post
• Must be satisfactorily proficient in Microsoft Office platforms

Previous front of house/reception/admin experience desired but not essential
