About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a very fast expanding company on a fixed-term (6 month) contract.

As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for client and visitors, you must have strong time management and organisational skills alongside excellent relationship management. This is a varied role and will be suited to someone who has a hands-on approach and enjoys working in a fast-paced evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address visitor and client inquiries, providing general information or redirecting them as appropriate.
  • Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate personnel or department, taking messages when necessary, and ensuring phones are staffed at all times throughout office hours.
  • Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed.
  • Assisting with various clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies, including tracking inventory and ordering as needed.
  • Address visitor and client inquiries, providing general information or redirecting them as appropriate.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
  • Very high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confident communicator with personnel at all levels within the business, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent time management skills - handling multiple and varied deadlines concurrently.
  • Organised, proactive, reliable and self-motivated.
  • Positive attitude towards process changes as well as IT
