Description
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors
- Managing phone calls and correspondence
- Assisting in organising and maintaining the office area
- Supporting the Secretarial & Business Support team with administrative tasks
- Coordinating meetings and managing schedules
- Maintaining an organised filing system
- Ensuring all reception areas are tidy and presentable
- Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
