So while having Motor Claims experience will be advantageous, exceptional training is available, so your customer service focus and background will be most essential.
This is a hybrid role which will allow you the flexibility of working in the office and at home.
Key Responsibilities of Recovery Claims Handler:
- Proactively manage your own caseload of recovery cases from notification through to conclusion, including losses for hire and repair costs, excess, pre-accident vehicle value, recovery, storage, and loss of earnings
- Regularly communicate and manage relationships with Insurers, Clients, Solicitors, and vehicle Repairers
- Communicating with the client to give them accurate updates on the process of their claim and ensuring we sign post the client accurately.
- Investigate liability disputes to gather all the relevant information
- Provide accurate updates to clients regarding their claim
To be successful as a Recovery Claims Handler in this role you will have:
