We are a busy claims company based in Carshalton, Surrey working for an insurance company who specialises in Hire and Reward. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and self-motivated to join our well established and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in the debt recovery process
• Collect premiums in accordance with the company’s credit control procedures
• Contacting insurance companies regarding overdue payments
• Dealing with solicitors re bad debts and taking further action where necessary
• Preparing reports detailing outstanding debt

Key Skills

• Two years experience in a similar role essential
• Good negotiation skills
• Candidates must be able to prioritise and manage their own workload
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Good attention to detail
• IT literate
