Overview:We are seeking a Recovery Worker to manage caseloads and support clients with drug and alcohol-related challenges at HMP Featherstone and Dovegate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to clients and develop recovery plans.
• Work collaboratively with prison staff and external agencies.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver substance misuse interventions.

Requirements:

• Prison Clearance: Essential for the role.
• Experience: Managing caseloads in drug and alcohol recovery.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of substance misuse interventions.
