HR / Recruitment Compliance Administrator
  • Location: Welwyn Garden City and Work from Home
  • Job Type: Temporary, Hybrid (1 day per week in the office)
  • Duration: 3-6 months+
  • Salary: £12.02 per hour
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday (flexible times)
  • Initial 1 week office based training 
  • All tech provided

We are seeking a Temporary HR / Recruitment Compliance Administrator to work with our client based in Welwyn Garden City. This role involves processing employee documentation with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy and organisation.  

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Apply for and update employee references.
  • Upload and manage documents 
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work efficiently and accurately.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Must be able to undergo a DBS check.
  • Approximate start date 11th November (DBS pending).
