What you'll be doing:

  • You will be managing 50 customers within a particular sector and looking to grow and develop relationships with these accounts.
  • Discussing their hiring requirements and agreeing on hiring strategies to fill their positions.
  • You will be proactively sourcing candidates on social media, job boards & through job ads and building your own network of talent.
  • Discussing their career aspirations and proactively getting them interviews within your install base and any net new customers coming through from the Business Development team.
  • The position will start off very candidate centric, working closely with the team who will supply the roles before moving on to building your own long-lasting relationships with IT sales leaders across the UK & Europe.
  • You will be working towards a monthly revenue target agreed with the Sales Director.

About you:

  • You will be a natural rapport builder and enjoy having conversations both over the phone and in person.
  • Recruitment is all about building relationships and trust, so you will enjoy engaging with different contacts daily.
  • You will probably be a gifted communicator and have experience in engaging with different people via different mediums. Social methods, phones, and in-person.
  • Ideally, you will have some exposure to a sales environment and have a track record of working towards targets / KPI’s.
  • Although experience of sales, recruitment or Tech would be ideal, your natural qualities will far outweigh any prior experience.

Salary : 25000 - 40000
