Recruitment Consultant - Commercial
Swindon office - SN5 7XF
£28,000 to £30,000 dependent upon experience plus bonus which increase in line with performance against targets.

The Role:
- Cold calling and face-to-face new business development to generate new clients within the commercial sector
- Gaining strong understanding of client recruitment needs through continued relationship building.
- Managing current client relationships to ensure client stabilisation and repeat business is maintained - carrying out regular service visits with current client base.
- Troubleshooting issues and putting pre-emptive measures in place to ensure continued client satisfaction.
- Attending local networking events to raise brand awareness and always promote Responsive Personnel
- Working towards weekly/monthly KPIs and revenue targets.
- Build key relationships with clients and candidates
The Candidate:
- Experience within the Commercial recruitment sector
- Proven track record of over achievement against KPIs and revenue targets.
- Ability to source and generate new sales leads.
- Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates
- Ability to demonstrate strong understanding of client recruitment requirements and source high calibre candidates matching to these.
- Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future
- Strong administration skills and an eye for detail
A minimum of 18 months full cycle recruitment experience, is essential for this role
Full Driving Licence and own transport - business mileage is reimbursed
