Starting Basic Salaries: £33,000 to £53,000 (DOE and linked to revenue)

The Cyber Security Market

This is a full life cycle, 360, business development opportunity. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll step into a role that's both demanding and incredibly fulfilling, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business development through new sales and nurturing existing relationships.

In terms of vertical markets, the Cyber Security market is a relatively "new sector" in the Leeds office. As historically this sort of sector would have been predominantly based out of London and only really a focus for big banks and enterprise type clients.

However fast forward to present day and pretty much EVERY COMPANY has a budget and a focus on Cyber Security and one of the biggest investments organisations have to make. Every economic report you read online talks about Cyber Security as an industry for the future. Every business needs to invest in its Cyber Security as a necessity NOT just a luxury. But equally it effects every organisation from SME's to FTSE 500 and everyone in between.

Please note - This opportunity is NOT a pure resourcing role, NOT a HR role, NOT a Talent Advisory role, NOT an Inhouse / Onsite TA Partner role.
